Statistical potentials describe the interaction between the finger domains (F2 and F3) and the DNA.
We use a set of hexamer sequence-fragments yielding affinity percentiles higher than 90, 75 or 50 (i.e. top 10%, top 25% and top 50% respectively) to construct the potentials.
Select the type of score (PAIR or ZPAIR), the finger domain (F2 or F3), and the amino acid.
