We compare the theoretical PWMs of transcription factors of the C2H2-Zf family with other experimental PWMs stored in JASPAR database.
We construct two PWMs with the potentials specific of F2 and F3 domains.
The theoretical PWM is constructed with a structure modelled upon a template.
The page will retrieve the 3D ribbon of the structure modelled and the theoretical PWM in the selected orientation compared with the experimental motif in JASPAR.
Select the transcription factor, the template and the specific potential (F2 or F3) used to calculate the theoretical PWM.
